Suggested Use

Experienced CBD/Hemp Users:

Consume normal dosage amount (50mg piece), up to one piece, per 8 hour period.Non-experienced CBD/Hemp Users:

Start with a quarter or half piece (half for higher bodyweight or usage experience). Gauge effect after 60 minutes. Take additional quarter or half piece as desired, up to one whole in any 8 hour period.
